City F, famous for its competitive spinning tops, is in an unprecedented crisis. All the spinning top masters in the city are lured to the Dream City by the conspirator Bass. The Explosive Team, led by Yun Xiaohu, shoulders the heavy responsibility of saving the city. They embark on a difficult training journey. In the sparsely populated Miracle Continent, they break through mazes, answer puzzles, fight wits and courage with the authorities, and fight against the pursuers sent by Bass. In the end, the Explosive Team defeated Bass and brought light back to City F.
